  • PHASE Aerospace is a mission-driven test preparation and consulting company dedicated to helping aspiring aviation professionals succeed in obtaining their FAA A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) certification. Founded by Air Force veterans with over 40 years of combined experience in aviation maintenance and operations, we bring military precision and real-world knowledge to our programs.

  • PHASE stands for Professionals Helping Aviation Students Excel. It reflects our structured, disciplined, and phased approach to test preparation, ensuring every student moves forward with purpose, clarity, and strength.

  • To be eligible for an FAA A&P license, you must meet specific experience and education requirements. This generally includes either:

    • 18 months of practical experience in airframes or powerplants, or

    • 30 months of experience working on both airframes and powerplants concurrently.

    You must also be at least 18 years old, have English proficiency, and pass the FAA-administered exams.

  • The FAA A&P exams are divided into three sections: General, Airframe, and Powerplant. You must pass all three to obtain the full A&P license.
